Do I need prior meditation experience?
Nope, beginners and seasoned practitioners are welcome.

What if I can’t attend live?
A replay will be available if you register, though live attendance is encouraged so you can interact with the teacher.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of mindfulness and whether the full MBSR program is right for you.
