This full-day experience is grounded in the systemic understanding that when the root relationship is restored, forward movement becomes possible — without force.

Combine the Workshop with a Personal Family Constellation

Family Constellation is a powerful therapeutic approach that reveals the hidden dynamics and unconscious patterns that shape our lives, often passed down through generations. Developed by Bert Hellinger, this method helps us see how unresolved trauma, grief, or imbalance in our family system can influence our relationships, health, career, and overall sense of belonging.

In a constellation session, participants are invited into a group process where individuals represent family members or parts of a system. As the constellation unfolds, unspoken dynamics become visible—offering surprising insights, deep emotional release, and often profound healing. Even those who simply witness or participate as representatives can experience powerful shifts, as the work touches a collective field we all share.

So often, the struggles we face aren’t just ours—they’re part of an invisible thread carried from our ancestors. When we step into constellation work, we give ourselves the chance to:

What is Systemic Healing?

Systemic healing experiences are designed to help us reconcile with our parents—and in doing so, make peace with our past. This does not require actual contact with your parents in order to work.

Through movement, ritual, and embodied awareness, participants explore how ancestral patterns and unconscious loyalties shape our lives — and how to return to the flow of love and vitality that connects us all.

Guided by Compassionate and Professional Facilitators

This experience is co-led Dr. Maria do Carmo, Brazilian psychologist and systemic constellator, and Dr. Maira Irigaray, Amazon Rainforest activist, lawyer, and retreat leader, joined by Dr. Patty Shutt, a clinical psychologist and certified MBSR mindfulness teacher, Lizzie Shutt, a reiki healing practitioner and mental health counselor in training.

Together, they offer a space where deep healing and awakening unfold naturally — through presence, reflection, and connection.

  • Do I need prior experience? → No, come as you are, everything will be guided.

  • What if I just participate, not constellate? → You still receive deep energetic healing.

  • Is it confidential? → Yes. Maria works in a way that protects your privacy — the group does not know the theme being constellated.
