Virtual Day-Long Mindfulness Retreat

MBSR and MBCT Graduate, we invite you to reconnect with your meditation practice October 26th 9:30 am EDT via Zoom with Trish Magyari and Patty Shutt!

Retreat Day Includes

  • Guided Formal Meditation Practices Practices (body scan, breath, movement)
  • Guided Mindful Eating - Lunchtime

This is a silent retreat. Noble silence will be maintained among students until the closing ceremony. You many ONLY attend the retreat if you have been through MBSR program.

Retreat day is 9:30 am - 3:30 pm.
