Being both physically and mentally present for each class, including not using alcohol or drugs before class, getting up and moving around passively, driving and/or eating a meal *there will be a break period that you can eat during class*
Making privacy and safety a priority, including not having others join for classes and leaving the camera on throughout the class. Ask for help from family/friends with any outside responsibilities so that you can remain fully focused during class times.

The class is Wednesdays 9:30 am -12 at the Sacred Treehouse in Boca Raton, FL. Class begins April 3rd, 2024.

The MSC retreat day will be held Friday May 10th at the Sacred Treehouse from 1:00 - 4:30 pm.
