A 6-week course designed to help you build a mindful movement practice.

Why We Encourage Mindful Movement:

  • Moving your body increases blood circulation, which can help you sit for longer period of time. 
  • Stretching can open up and loosen your body (we're thinking your back & hips!) to make sitting more comfortable.
  • Mindful movement can prep you for meditation by bringing your attention to your body in this moment, thus aiding in calming the monkey mind with focused attention.
  • Sometimes, you're sitting all day and the last thing you want to do is sit more...so learning how to use mindful movement as your meditation practice can help you stay consistent in building a meditation practice!
