Yoga originated thousands of years ago in ancient India as a holistic system aimed at harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. Its primary purpose was to prepare individuals for spiritual pursuits, in part by cultivating a strong and stable body that could sit comfortably for long periods of meditation!

Whether you are looking to get out the physical kinks, wake up the body, or destress from the work day this yoga series can support you on the path.
