Your Role as a Participant:

In Family Constellations, every person in the room is part of the healing field.
When you participate as a representative, you may be asked to embody someone or something within another’s constellation. You will not be forced to do anything you don't want to. Maria may invite you to signify an aspect of the constellators life, such as a mother, father, a sibling, a sickness, a job, etc. Participating in these roles supports your healing process too, not just the person constellating, and often the roles happen to apply to a situation that is present in your life even though you're helping out in someone else's constellation process. 

Even without sharing your own story, you can experience deep shifts, emotional release, and new understanding — as if the work is happening through you and for you at the same time.
