I'm Lizzie Shutt

Through working with a medicinal soup start-up company my freshman year of college I learned about the power of nutritious food to heal and prevent disease. Ever since I have viewed food not just as fuel, but as medicine, and ultimately how we, as humans, can reconnect with nature.

I have experienced juggling all the hats - currently running different businesses, taking classes, leadership roles in clubs, caring for my own health & fitness - so I feel you, we're busy! And I beleive that nourishing our bodies with proper nutrition is THAT MUCH MORE important when we are busy. I always want to share my best self with the world and what I've found is that begins with my food. I get hangry really quickly...
