Sacred Treehouse Fall Retreat

Retreat Dates Sept 29th-Oct 2nd
The retreat will begin with an opening ceremony Thursday September 29th at 7pm EST. The closing ceremony will occur on Sunday morning Oct 2nd.
We will connect you with the other participants so you may ride-share from the airport to the 'ville!
The best airport is Buffalo Niagara Airport (BUF) The drive is about an hour from the airport to our retreat home so the latest you would be able to land in order to make it to opening ceremony would be around 5/5:30 pm.

Meals
You will enjoy 3 meal times / day. Beginning with dinner served Thursday evening and breakfast Sunday morning = 11 meals. Feel free to bring any dry snacks if you need!

Retreat Teachings
The retreat will be led by Dr. Shutt and Dr. Davis. You can expect a variety of formal and informal mindfulness practices such as body scan, mindful movement, walking, observing nature, seated practice, mindful eating, and more!

Community Connection
Enjoy the power of Sangha, community, by practicing together, sharing safe space, and learning from each other's experiences. There will be time to cozy up by the fire place with one another, as well as, be silent.

Virtual Retreat Option
You can participate in the retreat activities and community from the comfort of your home! There will be no Zoom during meal times and other break times throughout the weekend. This option is ideal if you need to attend to your family at home, yet still want to create space for yourself to reflect, meditate, and enjoy conscious community connection.

Accommodations
There are two options for sleeping either sharing a king/queen size bed or having a smaller "full" size bed to yourself.

Optional Add-Ons to Your Retreat Experience
There will be down time to rest, explore the neighborhood, or you can receive a holistic treatment at the local naturopath. We love them and always visit the ladies whenever we are in town!! Typical treatments are detox foot bath, feet reflexology, and cranial sacral therapy. We will share more info to those who sign up!
